Booked a deluxe caravan with dog accommodation. What a nice surprise on arrival. The caravan was clean and spacious with central heating and a small ensuite in the double bedroom (never had this before) and found a hair dryer in one of the draws. The beds where made up ready as requested and there was ample storage for all our things, a well equipped kitchen and good sized bathroom. The park itself was very clean and we had lovely walks with our dog who loved her daily swim in Otter Lake. We were very impressed with the gardens around some of the caravans. We had some great days out to the lakes, would recommend Tarn Hows lake for a super walk with or without the dog.

Just returned from a wonderful 3 night stay. Lots to do in the Lake District.. visited the zoo and also fell foot park while also enjoying some time on the site. Unfortunately main pool was quite busy and cold but smaller pool was warmer with decent changing facilities, free towels and complementary tea and coffee. Great accommodation! Will return next season.

It's a smaller park them the other we have been to but I felt it had everything we needed. The staff were really nice and helpful. The activity stiff were great especially Ben the park ranger the kids loved him. I would definitely book more activities for my kids to do. He walks very informative and me and my husband really enjoyed it.
The caravan was nice even tho it was a pet friendly. We usually don't take our dog and the caravans are spotless. It was not as hight of standard but was still great. I feel this maybe because it was a dog friendly one.
The my haven bar app didn't work great as I didn't have signal but could go to the bar yourself so was not issue. All the staff everywhere we went wee great and really friendly. The surroundings were well kept and really nice. We even seen the badgers that live there and the rabbits. We would definitely go again.
